At Nutralete, we respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining your trust.
This Privacy Policy describes our policies on the collection, use, and disclosure of information in connection with
your use of our consumer-facing mobile application (“Nutralete MacroTracker”), our online business
management software (“Software Service”), and any other Nutralete products and services offered through
any other websites and mobile applications that direct you to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Nutralete
Services”). When you access or use the Nutralete Services, you agree to the terms and conditions of this
Privacy Policy.
We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the
collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy,
terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.
1. INFORMATION COLLECTION
We may collect information about you whenever you use the Nutralete Services, for example:

When you register on Nutralete, we may ask for Personal Information such as your name, email, mailing address,
social media account ID, and other information you may provide with your registration.

If you’re an end user, we collect information about you when you interact with the Nutralete Services.
For example, if you initiate a transaction through the Service, such as a purchase, we may collect information
about you, such as your name, email, credit card information, as well as any other information you provide
in order to process the transaction. We also collect such information regarding your health goals, body measurements,
activity level, food intake that you voluntarily provide us.

If you’re a Coach, we collect information about your business that is submitted to Nutralete and stored
in the Nutralete Services under your account. When you sign up for our Software Service, we ask for your
company name, address, phone number, email, credit card information, tax identification number, and other
information about your business, as well as names and email addresses of authorized individuals on your account.
We also collect Personal Information about your customers that they provide to the Nutralete Services when
they purchase and during the duration of a program.

We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service ("Log Data"). This Log
Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser
type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time
spent on those pages and other statistics. In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics
that collect, monitor and analyze this type of information in order to increase our Service's functionality.
These third party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.

If you initiate a transaction through the Nutralete Services, we may collect and store information, including
your name, phone number, address, email, and credit card information as well as any other information you
provide to us, in order to process your transaction. This information may be shared with third parties for
the same purposes. We encrypt credit card numbers using industry standard technology.

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically,
including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the
IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use
and other statistics.

We use "cookies" to collect information. Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include
an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's
hard drive. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

Our mobile applications may also send push notifications to your mobile device. If you have previously consented
to receiving push notifications and no longer wish to receive them, you can also turn push notifications
off at the device level. The applications may also request access to your device's calendar application,
camera, and microphone. If you have previously allowed access to your device's calendar and no longer
wish to allow access, you may edit the application settings at the device level.

For our business purposes, such as data analysis, audits, fraud monitoring and prevention, developing new products
and services, enhancing, improving or modifying our products and services, identifying usage trends, determining
the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and operating and expanding our business activities.

residence; (b) to comply with legal process; (c) to respond to requests from public and government authorities
including public and government authorities outside your country of residence; (d) to enforce our terms and

remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain.
3. SERVICE PROVIDERS
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf,
to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties
have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose
or use it for any other purpose.

We will disclose your Personal Information where required to do so by law or in accordance with an order of a court
of competent jurisdiction, or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law and the reasonable

Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means

8. FACEBOOK CONNECT

You can log in to some of the Nutralete Services using sign-in services such as Facebook Connect. These services
will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain Personal Information with us
such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign up form. Some services like Facebook Connect
give you the option to post information about your activities on this Website to your profile page to share
with others within your network.

In addition, when using some of our mobile applications we may allow you a chance to tell friends about our services
by accessing the contacts in your Facebook or other social media account.
10. TESTIMONIALS, RATINGS AND REVIEWS
If you submit testimonials, ratings or reviews to the MINDBODY Services, any Personal Information you include will
be displayed in the Service. If you want your testimonial removed, please contact us at

11. CHILDREN PRIVACY

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children").

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or
