If available in your country and for your device, I recommend you download and use Nutralete Tracker to track your macronutrients, since it allows your targets to be automatically synced up off the platform and, from the second half of 2018, it will also be capable of automatically analysing your weekly diet to check if you have been compliant.
Alternatively, you can still manually import your goals on a different tracker like My Fitness Pal or on an excel spreadsheet should you prefer.

since I was 14 years old I've spent every year training for a competitive sport with the intention of being in the best shape that I possibly can be in. Whether it was swimming, marathon and middle distance track running or, as is the case now, strength training and bodybuilding as an international bikini competitor.
However, I also grew up a city gal in Hong Kong and London and I enjoy all the little things that living in cosmopolitan cities entails. A huge part of this includes travelling a lot with family and friends, eating out and the occasional drinking; so enjoying GOOD food and a nice glass of cab sauv mean a lot to me. As you can imagine, my coaching mentality is to sustain just that.
